Speaking to media persons, he said that Chamarajanagar taluk is backward in education. To construct a girls hostel Rs 69.85 lakh has been released under special development programmes Parents should make use of crores of rupees being spent by the government for education. The contractors should complete the work on time but ensure quality.MLA C Puttarangashetty said as per Dr D M Nanjundappa report, more funds had been released for the development of the taluk. He advised officials to make use of the funds appropriately.
