<p>A general manager and a joint director of the Orissa Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) have been instructed to conduct an inquiry into the incident and submit a report to the government as early as possible, sources in the state secretariat said.<br /><br />The Konark police have already arrested Subash Sahu, a 45-year-old waiter of Yatri Nivas, a guesthouse run by the OTDC, for allegedly molesting the young British woman who had checked in alone into the guesthouse on Tuesday afternoon.<br /><br />The arrest was made on the basis of a complaint filed by the foreign national. The waiter allegedly molested the woman when he had gone to her room to serve food.</p>
