“The expo is a great platform to all builders to exhibit their properties and a great opportunity for the public to participate and learn,” opined Southern Region Godrej Properties Executive Vice President Nishikant Shimpi after the inauguration of Godrej Avalon property which will be upcoming in Mangalore.
“This exhibition has more than 1,000 apartments for sale and this is a complete exhibition and first of its kind outside Bangalore on such a large scale. This expo is organised so that the builders market may pick up along with fulfilling the public dream to find their dream home,” opined CEO and Managing Director of Manipal Ace Event Mangaement Kumble Narasimha Prabhu.
“It is good to find all the builders under one roof. This will help us to check out plans, prices and hence resulting in better analysis,” opined Nandita, a homemaker who had come to check out the expo.
In association with CREDI, a open forum and interaction session with DC V Ponnuraj and MCC Commissioner K N Vijaya Prakash has been organised on August 29 at 10.30 am at T M A Pai Convention Centre seminar hall no 2. This will be followed by a seminar on banking home loan formalities and legal documentation formalities at 11.30 am. The expo has 53 stalls with more than 15 builders and 13 banks displaying their properties and schemes.
