A division bench headed by Justice N Anand will hear the case tomorrow.
During the hearing on September 8, Special Public Prosecutor Venkat Rao had presented before the court a pamphlet titled 'Justice for Girish,' (Shubha's fiancee), which he claimed were being distributed by some persons to "twist the case".
On September 15, Justice Shridhar Rao heading the division bench, recused himself from hearing the case, expressing anger over distribution of pamphlets with the title in the court hall.
On July 14, Shubha and three other accused, including her boyfriend Arun Verma, were sentenced to life term by a Fast Track Court for conspiring to kill Girish, a software engineer to whom she was engaged in 2003.
