Terms And Conditions

1. Tournament is open only to executives on rolls and permanent contract employees of the organization. No professionals are allowed to represent the organization.

2. We are not responsible for the valuables of the team.

3. The organisers are not responsible for well-being of team. Medical insurance is the responsibility of the competing organization. Fitness and health of the players/manager is the responsibility of the organization entirely. The organisers assume medical fitness and condition to play on registration.

4. Each team comprises seven players (five on the field at any given time during the match) and one manager. No one else is allowed on the bench during the match.

5. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the venues. 6. Replacement of player/s is permitted against valid reason at the discretion of the organisers.

6. The team has to wear the jersey and shorts provided only. Shoes appropriate for the venues need to be worn. Shoes that can damage the artificial turf will not be allowed (shoes with studs/spikes will not be allowed).

7. The team has to carry their organization identity card to the match venues.

8. The decision of the referee is final and no arbitration is allowed.

9. The rolling trophy has to be returned in the same condition as received by the winning team within 30 days of receipt. The organization concerned will have to bear the cost of restoration in case of damage.
