Kundapur AC serves notice to Navyug firm

Kundapur AC Bhoobalan has issued a notice to Navyug Nirman Company for delaying the four-laning of the road work in Kundapur and Udupi.

Work on the flyover at Shastri Circle in Kundapur and the underpass at Karavali Bypass in Udupi has remained incomplete for the past six years. The incomplete work has been creating a traffic jam and also accidents, said the notice.

The AC has asked them to appear on June 6 and issue a statement about the reason for the delay in work.

The work should be completed at the earliest. Till the work is complete, toll should not be collected from motorists at Sasthana Toll Gate, said the AC.
