Delhi Elections 2025 Constituency-wise Results Highlights | All seats declared; BJP wins 48, AAP 22 and Congress draws blank
The BJP trounced the Aam Aadmi Party in Delhi and returned to power in the city after more than 26 years, extending its saffron imprint and dealing a devastating blow to the Kejriwal-led party. AAP candidate from Matia Mahal Aaley Mohammad Iqbal registered the highest victory margin of 42,724 votes in the polls, defeating BJP's Deepti Indora. BJP's Chandan Kumar Choudhary won the Sangam Vihar seat by the lowest margin of 344 votes. While the AAP dominated Delhi's political landscape for the last 10 years, the BJP was out of power in the city since 1998. That's all for today's news, we will be back tomorrow with more political updates as we await a new government in the national capital.
