The makers of the upcoming movie Most Eligible Bachelor took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal that the lyrical video of the Guche Gulabi song from the film will be released on February 13. They shared a special video while making the announcement, piquing the curiosity of fans.

Most Eligible Bachelor, directed by Bhaskar, is a romantic drama that revolves around the 'nok-jhok' between two 'friends'. It features Akhil Akkineni in the lead and marks his return to the big screen after a hiatus. It stars Pooja Hegde as the leading lady and will mark her first collaboration with the young hero.

It was originally expected to hit the screens last year but that did not happen due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The makers recently announced that it will release in theatres on June 19.
The film comes at a time when Akhil desperately needs a hit to find a foothold in the industry. The Akkineni hero made his debut with Akhil: The Power of Jua, which failed to make an impact at the box office.
His next release Hello too did not do live up to expectations despite the positive word of mouth. He was last seen in Mr Majnu, marking his first collaboration with Nidhhi Agerwal. The romantic drama sank without a trace as it was released after the Sankranti biggies NTR Kathanayakudu and Vineya Vidheya Rama. It remains to be seen whether Most Eligible Bachelor helps him score first clean hit.
Pooja, on the other hand, is going through a terrific phase on the work front. She will soon be seen in the Prabhas-starrer Radhe Shyam, which features her in a new avatar. The Aravinda Sametha star also has Salman Khan's Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali and the Rohit Shetty-directed Cirkus in her kitty. Many feel, Most Eligible Bachelor might help her add a new dimension to her career if it does well at the box office.
