'Beyond excited to perform at IIFA 2025,' says Shahid Kapoor ahead of silver jubilee celebration

This year the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) is all set to mark its silver jubilee and it brings excitement not only to the fans but also to celebrities who have been performing at the celebration of cinema for years.

Thrilled to be a part of the 25 years celebration of IIFA, actor Shahid Kapoor expressed his excitement ahead of his performance.

"I’m beyond excited to perform at IIFA 2025, to create new memories, and to share this incredible experience with fans from around the world. Get ready, because this is going to be a celebration like never before," the actor said.

Sharing how IIFA has always been a special part of his journey, Shahid said that the love, energy, and passion of fans at IIFA are truly unmatched.

"Every time I step onto that stage, it feels like coming home to a global family that celebrates cinema with all its heart," the actor added.

The IIFA Awards will marks its 25th year celebration in the Pink City of Jaipur. The grandeur of the majestic city of Rajasthan will provide the backdrop for the award show that promises a series of electrifying performances in the starry night.

Along with Shahid Kapoor, IIFA will also see performances by Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Apart from the usual IIFA Awards, this year will also mark the celebration of OTT with the first-ever digital awards.

Nora Fatehi, Shreya Ghosal, Sachin Jigar will woo the audience with their electrifying performances at the digital awards.
