Free education to flood-hit students of Kodagu

Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha has decided to provide free education and boarding facilities for flood victim students of Kodagu.

Speaking to media persons, Sangha Secretary Dr K M Krishna Bhat said that several people have lost their houses and properties in the massive flood in Kodagu. Those interested will be provided free education from Class 5, secondary education, PUC and engineering courses. “If the second year engineering student is not able to pursue studies, they can enrol to the Vivekananda Engineering College run by Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha and avail of free education for the year. Along with the education, even boarding facilities will be provided free of cost for the year,” he added.
