Gulfam's brother Nafees, who is also suspected to have a hand in the blast, however, could not be apprehended as he was not at home, Brijlal said.
Police sources said that Gulfam was arrested after the investigating agencies traced calls to his mobile soon after the blast in the parking area outside the Delhi High Court.
