<p>An earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale hit Mizoram on Tuesday, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).</p>.<p>The epicentre of the temblor that struck at 7.52 a.m. was 46 km ENE of Ngopa and at a depth of 15 km.</p>.<p>This comes amidst media reports of another 4.9-magnitude quake in Xizang area of Tibet, close to the India-China border in Arunachal Pradesh, that struck at 4.29 am.</p>.<p>Its tremors were felt in Arunachal Pradesh.</p>.<p>The two quakes come a day after two other temblors jolted the northeast region.</p>.<p>On Monday, two earthquakes of moderate intensity had jolted parts of Assam and Manipur.</p>.<p>There was no report of loss of life and damage to property in any of the quakes that occurred within 28 minutes on Monday.</p>.<p>According to NCS data, the first quake measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale hit southern Assam and occurred at a depth of 35 km from the surface.</p>.<p>The second tremor measuring 3.8 on the Richter scale was recorded at a depth of 20 km from the surface and jolted Manipur's Kangpokpi district and the adjoining areas.</p>.<p><strong>Watch the latest DH Videos here:</strong></p>
