Swarandhra-2047 is aimed at ushering in new era to AP, says CM Chandrababu Naidu

The chief minister said that bringing in this vision document within six months of coming to power reflects his unrelenting initiative.

Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that the Swarnandhra-2047 vision document is aimed at ushering in a new era to the state with the sole objective of taking the Telugu society to the pinnacle in the whole world.

Addressing a massive public meeting at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada after releasing the Swarnandhra-2047 vision document on Friday, the Chief Minister said that the foundation to achieve the goal has been laid with this Swarnandhra-2047. Bringing in this vision document within six months of coming to power reflects his unrelenting initiative, Chandrababu Naidu said.

Congratulating all those on becoming partners in this great objective, the Chief Minister profusely thanked everyone who attended this historic event. He expressed confidence that India will grow as the most powerful force in the world under the able leadership of the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.

The Centre's initiative of Vikasitha Bharat-2047 is aimed at elevating the country to the highest level in the world by 2047 when the country will be performing centenary celebrations, the Chief Minister said and stated that as part of this the state government too has formulated the Swarnandhra-2047 vision document. The valuable vision comprising 10 growth objectives was unveiled by the Chief Minister which include zero poverty, creating employment, skilled human resource development, conservation of water, utilisation of technology in farming, global standard logistics and comprehensive Swachandhra.

Before unveiling the document both the Chief Minister along with the Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan, interacted with women and students who are actively moving ahead towards empowerment of all sections. Later, the Chief Minister, the Deputy Chief Minister along with the public representatives and officers released the document thus launching a massive operation.

The Chief Minister said that since 1978 he has been winning all the elections but for the first time he experienced 93 per cent success rate with 53 per cent strike rate in 2024 polls. “I am happy to have a close friend like Pawan Kalyan,” Naidu said. Pointing out that the current per capita income is less than $3,000, the Chief Minister said that the state government has set the target to take the per capita income to $42,000 by 2047.

Fondly recalling the statement of Pawan Kalyan that all others have seen only stones in the HiTech city area of Hyderabad while he has viewed it with a vision, the Chief Minister said that he has moved ahead with a vision to develop the area as one Singapore, one Dubai and New York. “I really feel proud to say that now Telangana, particularly Hyderabad city, stands as the highest per capita generating State in the country because of the foundation laid by me with my vision,” Naidu said.

The Chief Minister felt the need to have a stable government for the development of the state and said that he is moving ahead with the sole aim of promoting Telugu society to the global level.
