<p>New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday expressed concern over the destruction caused by Cyclone Montha in Andhra Pradesh and urged the state and Centre to take urgent action.</p><p>"The destruction caused by Cyclone Montha in Andhra Pradesh has caused immense hardship across many districts.
