<p> A sub-inspector of State Excise Department has been arrested after a video purportedly showing him stealing CFL bulbs from a shop in Jammu went viral on social media.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The video, recorded on a CCTV camera, showed Sub-Inspector Vikas Khajuria stealing CFL bulbs from outside the shop in Nanak Nagar area, a police officer said.<br /><br />Taking cognisance, police probed the matter and arrested the SI after registering a case against him, the officer said.<br /><br />Khaujuria is reported to be mentally ill and some inquiries are going against him in the Excise department, he said.</p>
