<p>Ahmedabad: Barely a month after four migrant workers died in a boiler blast in an industrial unit, four more workers, including three from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar were killed after a toxic gas leakage in Dahej in Bharuch district.</p><p>Bharuch police said that the incident occurred at around 10 pm at CMS plant of Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL). The four workers fell unconscious due to the gas leakage attributed to a faulty valve. </p><p>Following the leakage the workers fell unconscious and were rushed to a local hospital, where they passed away. Police said that the leakage was reported from the distillation unit of Chloromethane plant (CMS).</p>.NGT issues notice to authorities over suspected gas leak in Jaipur.<p>The victims have been identified as Rajesh Magnadia (48), Mahesh Nandlal (25), Suchit Prasad (39), Mudrika Yadav (29). Magnadia was a local while Mahesh and Prasad were from Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh and Mudrika hailed from Jharkhand. </p><p>The company officials announced Rs 25 lakh compensation to the family of all the deceased. </p><p>Sub-divisional magistrate Manisha Manani, who visited the spot, told reporters that the incident occurred on Saturday night in which four workers died due to inhalation of toxic gases. She said that an inquiry has been ordered into the incident.</p><p>Earlier this month, four migrant workers from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar were killed after a boiler exploded at Detox India Pvt Ltd in Jhagadia industrial area. </p><p>Similarly, on October 16, five workers were killed due to asphyxiation while cleaning a sludge tank at an agrotech company in Kutch district. The victims were all migrant workers.</p>
