Intense cold and dense fog have gripped Delhi. Normal vehicular movement has been affected. The cold condition has hit normal life out of gear. Delhi’s Lodhi Road recorded a minimum temperature of 2.8°C. Maximum and minimum temperatures in Delhi are likely to be 17 degrees Celsius and 3 degrees Celsius.
