<p>Bengaluru: Mandya MLA Ravikumar Gowda (Ganiga) claimed on Friday that a virus similar to Covid-19 had surfaced in China, adding that 80 per cent of the people there had gotten back to wearing masks.</p>.<p>Speaking to reporters, he said: “I went to China for four days. As many as 80 per cent of the people wore masks although they haven’t been made compulsory.
