A release states that volunteer male candidates in the age group of 17 and a half to 23 years are eligible to take part in the rally. Candidates must be permanent residents of Bangalore Urban, Bangalore Rural, Kolar, Tumkur, Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajanagar, Ramanagara and Chikkaballapur.
