Bengaluru Tech Summit 2023: Karnataka government launches 20 startup products, more to follow

The products launched encompassed a wide range of sectors, including IT, agri-tech, med-tech, healthcare, clean-tech, artificial intelligence, deep-tech, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, environment-tech, animation, visual effects, gaming and comics (AVGC) and electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM).

Bengaluru: The second day of the 26th Bengaluru Tech Summit saw the government launching 20 products/solutions from early-stage startups. This was part of the IT and BT Startup Product Launch initiative of the state’s Department of Electronics.

This first set of products launched by the Electronics, IT & BT minister Priyank Karge, along with Prashanth Prakash, the chairman of the state government’s Vision Group for Startups, at the event is to be followed by another 15 tech-focussed solutions on Friday, which will mark the final day of the summit.

The products launched encompassed a wide range of sectors, including IT, agri-tech, med-tech, healthcare, clean-tech, artificial intelligence, deep-tech, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, environment-tech, animation, visual effects, gaming and comics (AVGC) and electronics system design and manufacturing (ESDM).

These products touch an array of problems, including the integration of AI of IoT with electronic devices, advancements in automotive manufacturing, including electric vehicles, air treatment solutions, technology advancements in avionics and defence, cybercrime and fraudulent transactions, and deep tech-based platforms for quality assessment.
