<p>Bengaluru: A total of 185 appointment letters were issued to candidates in Karnataka at the 16th Rozgar Mela on Saturday. </p>.<p>Of the 185 appointments to central government departments, 61 were in the railways, 46 in public sector banks, 14 in the BSF and the CISF, 13 in Central Tax (CGST), 12 in the Postal Department, 11 in the Archaeological Survey of India, 10 in Nimhans, nine in the Institute of Wood Science and Technology, seven in the Income Tax Department, and two in AYUSH. </p>.<p>In Karnataka, the Rozgar Mela was held in Bengaluru and Hubballi. </p>.126 people get appointment letter in Aizawl Rozgar Mela.<p>Shobha Karandlaje, Union Minister of State for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Labour and Employment; Ashutosh Mathur, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Bengaluru); and other senior officials from central government organisations attended the event in Bengaluru. </p>.<p>Shobha urged the recruits to use their knowledge, skills and hard work to help their departments grow and support the country's development. </p>.<p>In all, 51,286 appointment letters were issued at 47 locations during the nationwide job drive. Over 10 lakh appointment letters have been distributed since Rozgar melas were launched in 2022, according to officials. </p>
