Minister for Housing H M Ambarish, undergoing treatment for respiratory infections and associated illness, at Vikram Hospital, though stable, is still on ventilator support in the intensive care unit.
A hospital statement, on Thursday, said his hemodynamics (blood circulation) is stable and the level of consciousness improved. “His ventilator parameters are stable and process of weaning is being continued.
Further decision will be based on the response of active weaning process which has been in line with expectations.

His condition is being continuously monitored by the team of doctors in consultation with experts,” the statement said.
Ambarish’s son Abhishek Gowda, who visited the hospital, said his father’s health is improving gradually and he will be well soon.
