Some residents also need help to check the draft e-khata as it requires basic computer knowledge. </p>.<p>The BBMP has directed zonal commissioners and joint commissioners to help the volunteers who come forward to organise the e-khata melas. The civic body has asked the organisers to provide computers, power back up, and printers depending on the volume of participants. </p>
