POPULAR: The band members of Fret Away.They compose, tune and perform for all age groups and say that their music is largely based on the Legends of Rock such as Metallica, Eric Clapton, Aerosmith and Guns and Roses. They have no original compositions to boast of but borrow and play heavily from bands they’re inspired by.

Shoppers at Reliance Time out were treated to some great music, most of them popular ones. They began the concert with You’re Beautiful performed by James Blunt. This soft romantic tune soon gave way to Patience Performed by Guns and Roses from the
album Lies, Lies, Lies.

Among some of the other notable pieces performed by the band are Fade Away by Seether, 7 Nation Army by The Whie Stripes Brainstew by Greenday from the album Insomniac, Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams, All The Small Things by Blink 182, Jesus Don’t Want Me by Nirvana, We Will Rock You by Queen. Fret Away kept the temperature soaring until late into the evening.

The band comprises Harsh Dutta on the drums, Shashank H S on the classical violin, vocals and bass, Chandan Raikar on the flute and piano, Divyanth Jayaraj on the guitar, Ankith J K, Arvind Kumar vocalist and Vinaya Vishwanathan, lead vocalist.
