<p>Bengaluru: The <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/bmtc">Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC)</a> has launched 67 new Vegadootha Express services — 23 air-conditioned and 44 non-AC.</p>.<p>The non-AC services will run between the Kempegowda bus station and Bidadi, Anekal, Doddaballapur, Dobbspet, and between Tin Factory and Hoskote.</p>.BMTC set to have 1,779 e-buses by year-end.<p>The AC services will operate on routes connecting the Kempegowda bus station and Doddaballapur, and Hebbal and Silk Board Junction.</p>.<p><strong>Divya Darshana tours</strong></p>.<p>The BMTC has also introduced two new Divya Darshana tours to promote spiritual tourism.</p>.<p>Both 'Divya Darshana 5' and 'Divya Darshana 6' are air-conditioned services, operating on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.</p>.<p>Divya Darshana 5 covers Sri Naheshwara Temple, Sri Kote Timmraya Temple, and Chikkathirupathi, among other places. The tour departs from Silk Board Junction, runs from 9 am to 7.30 pm, and is priced at Rs 500 per head. </p>.<p>Divya Darshana 6 will start from the Kempegowda bus station, visiting locations such as Sri Circle Maramma Temple in Malleswaram and Sri Kalika Durgaparameshwari in Vidyaranyapura. It will operate from 9 am to 6 pm, with tickets priced at Rs 550 per head.</p>.<p>The government plans to introduce more spiritual tourism tours, Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy said at the launch event on Friday.</p>
