Candlelight vigil at Mayo Hall

Aweksha, along with other organisations in the gender justice space, is organising the 'The Freedom Vigil' on Saturday at 5 pm at Mayo Hall.

The event will include cultural activities, speeches by the guests as well as a candlelight vigil. The vigil, organised on the occasion of International Women's Day, will stress on the need to safeguard personal liberties and fundamental rights of women and individuals belonging to marginalised identities and groups.
