<p class="title">A 27-year-old carpenter from Bihar died after he lost balance and fell from the first floor of an under-construction building at Annapurneshwari Nagar in Bengaluru West on Wednesday.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The victim, Natavar Sharma, had come to the city last month in search of a job. Singh was doing interior decoration carpentry work at a house owned by Murugesh. On Wednesday, he was working in a place where the elevator was to be installed. Around 6.45 pm, he lost control and fell from the first floor, police said.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He was immediately rushed to a hospital, but he was declared brought dead by the doctors.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Annapurneshwari Nagar police have issued a notice to the owner of the house for not taking precautionary measures in the building.</p>
