BS-III bikes were banned by the Supreme Court from April onwards. <br /><br />The showroom – Satellite Motors – sold the banned bikes to customers even after April 1. These two-wheelers were given temporary registration and customers used to frequent the showroom seeking permanent registration number. <br /><br />A senior police officer said the regional transport officer concerned has clarified that the said two-wheelers have not been registered. “We have asked the purchasers to file a complaint against Satellite Motors,” the officer said. Meanwhile, Jagadish, the ex-serviceman, has been remanded in judicial custody.<br /> </p>
