The City police are yet to come to a concrete conclusion on whether the Vibgyor High school local management had deliberately attempted to hush up the rape of a primary student on the school premises by a gym instructor, reports DHNS from Bangalore.

“The investigation is yet to conclude. The role of the local management would be ascertained after the completion of the probe,” said a senior police officer in charge of the case.

Rustom Kerawalla, founder-chairman of Vibgyor High chain of schools, has been co-operating with the police. “Rustom Kerawalla is coming to the Varthur police station every alternate day and is appearing before the police as per the court orders,” said Airport sub-division ACP Duggappa.

After his arrest, Kerawalla was granted bail on a surety of Rs 25,000 with the condition that he should appear before the local police every alternate day. He has been banned from leaving the City till the completion of the probe.
