n Dosa batter-100 gms
n Sliced capsicum- 35 gms
n Sliced onion- 25 gms
n Carrot julienne- 35 gms
n Flavoured cheese - 50 gms
Method:
n Take dosa batter and spread the dosa in a circular motion on a hot griddle.
n Saute capsicum, onion, carrot cut in shreds on the side of hot griddle and spread in the centre of dosa.
n Add creamy cheese spread on top of vegetables.
n Roll it and cut in two pieces for appearance and place in a platter.
n Serve with tasty coconut, red, green chutney and sambar.
