<p>Bengaluru: Four unidentified assailants brutally murdered a history-sheeter in eastern Bengaluru on Tuesday evening, the police said. </p>.<p>Shivakumar alias Biklu Shivu, 40, a resident of Halasuru, was hacked to death by machete-wielding men who rode up on motorcycles near his home. </p>.Karnataka HC upholds detention order passed under Goondas Act against a rowdy sheeter.<p>Shivakumar was later pronounced dead on arrival at a hospital.
