Some trains on Guntakal route cancelled, diverted

The railways has cancelled some trains and diverted several others due to work for commissioning double line between Gulapalyamu, Venkatampalle, Khadarpett stations of Guntakal-Kalluru section.

The Yeshwanthpur-Latur Express (train no. 16583) commencing journey from Yeswanthpur on September 1, 5, 7 and 8 will be cancelled. On the return direction, the train (16584) will be cancelled on September 1, 3, 6 and 8.

The Solapur-Hassan Express (11311) from Solapur will be cancelled between September 1 and 8. From Hassan (11312) the train will be cancelled during the same days.

The Yeswanthpur-Bidar Express (16571) from Yeswanthpur will be cancelled on September 2, 3, 4 and 6. On the return direction (16572) the train from Bidar will be cancelled on September 3, 4, 5 and 7. Guntakal-Chikjajur Passenger (57452) from Guntakal from September 2 to 9 will be cancelled. On the return direction, the train (57451) will be cancelled during the same time.

Hubballi-Mysuru Express (16591/2) has been diverted to run on Ballari-Rayadurg-Chikjajur-Arsikere route between September 1 and 8.

The Gorakhpur-Yeshwanthpur Express (12591/2) will be diverted on Gooty-Dharmavaram route instead of Guntakal-Kalluru route for one trip in each direction between September 1 and 3. Bengaluru-Bhagat Ki Kothi Express (16534/3) will be diverted on via Arsikere, Rayadurg route on September 2. On the return direction, it will be diverted on September 5. Shirdi Express (16217/8), Chennai-Sainagar Express (22601/2), Ajmer-Bengaluru Express (16531/2) and Gorakhpur-Yeshwanthpur Express (15015/6) have also been diverted on different days.
