Students present insights on urban evolution, climate action

Bengaluru: As a part of their multi-city showcase highlighting transformative education models, The Circle India held an immersive session with Thicket Tales on Saturday.

Led by Saidevi Sanjeeviraja, the founder of Thicket Tales — which is an education program that empowers children to explore and learn through games, experiments, and projects — the session explored nature-immersive learning through place-based projects, nature walks, and storytelling at Subhash School, Sanjaynagar.

The students presented insights on urban evolution, climate action, and the critical need for more play spaces in the city. They used tools such as heatmaps to demonstrate how local environments shape learning. 

This is a part of the ‘Reinventing the Republic’ showcase by The Circle India, which is shining the spotlight on six schools and after-school programs that reimagine learning for underserved communities. The showcase brings together corporate and civic leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue, collaborate with educators and policymakers, and connect with students
