Bhandari for July 25 bypoll to lone legislative council seat

BJP today decided to field Monappa Bhandari for the July 25 bye-election to the lone Legislative Council election seat.

BJP President Nitin Gadkari has cleared the candidature of Bhandari, the party said in a release here.

The bypoll was necessitated to fill up the vacancy caused following the death of Dr V S Acharya. P
