A delegation of BJP state leaders led by party general secretary and MLA C T Ravi on Tuesday submitted a memorandum to Karnataka Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) stating that there is large scale discrepancies in the voters’ list.

The memorandum submitted to CEO Sanjeev Kumar states that there has been mass deletion of voters by the officers while revising the list.

The BJP has alleged that officers “indulged in corrupt practices” and deleted 100 to 200 names from apartments, especially in Bengaluru. The party has asked the CEO to take up the matter with the Election Commission of India.
