<p>Srirangapatna (Mandya dist): With the farmers opposing the Cauvery 'aarti' project, the works that were started at the boating arena of the Brindavan Gardens at KRS Dam, have been stalled on Tuesday.</p>.<p>The works for the construction of a ‘sopanakatte’ was started around three days ago and the place was levelled by dumping soil.</p>.<p class="bodytext">However, it received stiff opposition from the farmers.
