As the scandal around the sex CD involving former Minister Ramesh Jarkiholi gets murkier, the woman, allegedly the one in the video, released another video on Friday morning saying that she was going to file a complaint against Jarkiholi through her advocate Jagadesh Kumar.

In her third video, she thanked the people of Karnataka, the political party leaders and organizations for their support.

Through the 29-second-long clip, she said that for the last 24 hours, she feared for her life but today, she has mustered up the courage and has decided to file the complaint.

Her advocate is expected to meet the SIT officials and Commissioner of Police Kamal Pant at the commissioner's office at around 2.30 pm. SIT sources said that they are ready to accept the woman's complaint through the advocate and will get the legal experts' opinions before taking necessary action.

If the woman lodges a complaint, the police will have to register an FIR against Jarkiholi and the charges will be decided by the police team based on the allegations she makes in the complaint.

On Thursday, the woman had released the second video asking for security for her parents. She had requested the former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, KPCC President DK Shivakumar, former Speaker Ramesh Kumar and women organizations to provide security to her family. Once she is convinced that they are safe, she would appear before the SIT and give her statement, she added.

She had released her first video on March 13.
