“There was a small fire in the main chancery building,” said US embassy spokesman Richard Snelsire. The blaze had been extinguished and there was no act of terrorism linked to the incident, he said. “We have no report of any casualties. .. We don’t have any reason to believe it was terrorist related,” Snelsire said.
