<p>Lingaraju, Sunil, Sanjay Shekhar and Prashant looted cash and mobile phones from drivers of lorries parked on National Highway-4 at Nandihalli and Chikkahalli on Friday night, police said.<br /><br />The arrests here have come in the wake of sporadic complaints from across the State about extortion by the members of the outfit.<br /><br />The president of KRV, T A Narayana Gowda and KRV advocate R Suresha are facing charges of extorting Rs. 26.25 lakh from a director of a Bangalore-based multinational firm in November 2007, for settling a dispute between the firm and some contract labourers.</p>
