In a letter to Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa dated February 2, which was released to the media on March 10, the MP said his foundation had completed the construction of 293 houses in Shibadgi village, Badami taluk. Twice, the programme organised to hand over the houses to the beneficiaries had to be postponed due to delay in providing infrastructure facilities. Officials of the district were not co-operating, he charged.
