I am the troubleshooter: Siddaramaiah

Former chief minister and coalition government coordination committee chairman Siddaramaiah on Sunday said he was the troubleshooter in JD(S)-Congress coalition government and the government would complete its tenure. Siddaramaiah was speaking to reporters here. He said, “I have been appointed the chairman of the committee to solve the differences in the government.” He said the committee meeting would be convened only when necessary.

There were no differences among the coalition MLAs.

“No MLA tried to topple the government, but a section of media did that,” he said, adding the people have good opinion about the government owing to several programmes such as loan waiver. Speaking about electing the new Mysuru Mayor, Siddaramaiah said the matter was in court, the election would happen once the court decided the matter, he said.
