Even after famous lawyer Prashant Bhushan arguing against him, the stay order against the probe has not been lifted. <br /><br />“There are several assumptions behind it. With Supreme Court Judge Dattu retiring in December, struggle against Shivakumar will take a new dimension. If Shivakumar is prosecuted for his illegal activities, he will have to stay in jail for a minimum of hundred years,” Hiremath said.<br /><br />Upa Lokayukta issue<br /><br />“The Siddaramaiah government has recommended the name of K L Manjunath for the third time for the post of Upa Lokayukta.
