<p class="title">The fifth edition of the Kodagu Champions’ League (KCL) will be held from April 3 to 7, at Karadigodu playground.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Speaking to reporters, KCL committee president Rejith Kumar said that the tournament is being organised by the City Boys Youth Club of Siddapura.</p>.<p class="bodytext">As many as 10 teams have already been enrolled and two more teams may take part.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Applications have been invited for the bidding process of the players from the district. The bidding will be held on March 25.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The winning team will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 1,10,000 along with a trophy. The runners-up team will bag a cash prize of Rs 55,000.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Umpires and scorers registered with Karnataka Cricket Association will arrive for the match, he added.</p>.<p class="bodytext">City Boys Youth Club president A S Mustafa, KCL members Afzal, Ratish, Shahul, Shafir, Anish, Cheluva and Shafique were present at the press meet.</p>
