Landslide at Deraje in Balya near Kadaba has caused damage to farmland. A house is facing the threat of collapse after the landslide.
The overflowing stream has washed away arecanut, coconut, and rubber plantations of Dombaiah Gowda.
Water has entered farmlands of Lakshmi Deraje, Sadashiva, Venkataramana, and Devi Kumari in Balya. Arecanut and coconut plantations have been submerged.
