The company has registered an enormous growth in retail liquor trade business by achieving a turnover of Rs 400 crore through its 215 retail liquor outlets across the State. It plans to open 463 wine shops.<br /><br />Patil said the company continues to occupy the number one slot in the business of exercise notebooks having a market share of about 90 per cent. Although business slackened last year, it is expected to pick up this year with a a turnover of Rs 50 crore. He said MSIL wants to set up chit fund centres in all districts and is expecting a turnover of Rs 100 crore in the current year, up from Rs 45 crore in 2010-11. The package tours of MSIL will also be extended to foreign contries by entering into a tie-up with foreign travel companies.</p>
