MUDA case: Activist Snehamayi Krishna lodges complaint with cops, rights panel over FIR against him

Mysuru: RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna has lodged a complaint with DGP and Chairperson of Karnataka State Human Rights Commission against Mysuru City DCP M Maththuraj alleging that he had used his influence for registration of case against him, in K R Police station in Mysuru based on a complaint lodged by an official against him on December 14.

He alleged that the K R Police had not lodged an FIR against the same official even though he complained against the cop on December 12.

In the complaint copy, Snehamayi Krishna has alleged that since he is the complainant in the Lokayukta case related to MUDA against CM and others, DCP has filed FIR against him as per the order of the CM.

Snehamayi Krishna has urged DGP to transfer DCP Muththuraj and conduct an enquiry against him.
