Mysuru: Woman hangs self over alleged harassment

A 36-year-old woman committed suicide by hanging at her residence at Raghavendra Nagar in the city.

According to the police, the deceased, Hemavathi, killed herself following alleged harassment by her husband Shivaram.

Residents of Srirangapatna taluk, Hemavathi and Shivaram got married 10 years ago.

The Nazarbad police are looking into the case.
