Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani has termed ‘baseless,’ the allegation of manipulating documents to deprive a company of the land allotted to it.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday, the minister said the Lokayukta police, acting on a complaint lodged earlier, had filed a ‘B’ report in the case. Alam Pasha, the Managing Director of Pash Space International, has filed a complaint in the Special Lokayukta Court in Bangalore.
The minister said 26 acres of land was allotted to Alam Pasha and later he submitted a letter requesting cancellation of the allotment. In a subsequent letter, Pasha claimed that the earlier letter was forged and sought reallotment of land. The land was allotted to him also, Nirani said.
