No truck with any party: AAP

The Aam Aadmi Party has officially stated that it will not support the JD(S) during the BBMP polls.

On Friday, JD(S) leader H D Deve Gowda had written to AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal seeking the party’s support, since it is not contesting the polls. On Thursday, his son H D Kumaraswamy too gave a call to the party to extend its support in a bid to overthrow the Congress and the BJP.

A press release from AAP convener Siddharth Sharma on Saturday, however, stated that the party had acknowledged the receipt of Deve Gowda’s letter to Kejriwal and has stated that the AAP will not support any party in the polls.
