He is survived by his wife, daughter, wife. Prof Rao served in the department of Hindi at St Aloysius College for 35 years. He was also the Managing Trustee of AMUCT Trust.
FUCTAK President Prof A M Narahari, Amuct office-bearers and SAC Staff Association members have condoled the death of Prof Rao.
